The home is located on the shores of beautiful Lake Seymour and features a private sandy beach with spectacular views of the lake and the sunrise. This spacious home offers room for family and friends to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the beautiful surroundings. An enclosed sun room offers a private space to enjoy reading and relaxing while you take in the views of the lake and hills. The outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy listening to the haunting sounds of loons and ducks or you just might catch a glimpse of one of the local bald eagles. A large deck with a gas grill provides space for outdoor dining and gathering or an ideal spot for listening to the quiet lapping of waves against the shore. The finished lower level opens to the lakeside and provides additional gathering and sleeping space. There is a bonfire pit on the shore and kayaks for your use to explore the lake. Lake Seymour holds the Gold Award for water quality and is known for its beauty, clarity, great swimming and boating. For those who like to fish, the lake is also known for salmon and trout fishing. The Canadian border just 11 miles away via Interstate 91 providing access to Mont Owl’s Head and Mont Orford ski areas.
