Although there is 24/7 video surveillance, staff isn’t on the property at all times. Guests must be comfortable being self-sufficient from check-in to check-out. During the warm season enjoy the deck, equipped with a grill.

Leave the area as you found it; dirty cups and silverware can be placed in the dirty dish bin on the counter next to the western style swinging doors leading into the main kitchen, if you dirty any other dishes you must wash them yourself with the dish soap and sponges provided in the kitchen area.
-The Brook Road Inn is designated as eco-friendly: each room is set per person on the reservation, with one large towel, a hand towel in the bathroom, and a washcloth for three days at a time, or two sets per week
-Guests will be charged for all items missing from the unit after checkout
-Garage and basement are off limits to guests
-No smoking, violators will be charged a fee of $250.00
