Positive: Finding accommodations near Mount Sunapee is always tough, so this place was a great find. The location is convenient and the rooms are basic, just beds and bathrooms, but the common areas make up for it with a spacious living room, multiple dining areas, a guest kitchen (fridge, microwave, air fryer, hot plate), and 24/7 coffee and tea. Outside, there’s a big yard, propane grill and fire pit, and a nice wrap-around porch. Good Wi-Fi too. While there’s no staff on site, there’s a contact number if needed.
