Sweeping views of a tidal estuary just steps from the back porch. Kayak and canoe put-in. It is a short paddle from here into Frenchman Bay with gorgeous views of Mount Desert Island. (You can order boats delivered by a local outfit ahead of time and keep them here during your stay.) Volta, an indoor climbing gym, is within walking distance.

We are also active in our local Project Drawdown and have committed to reduce our carbon footprint. Our electricity and HVAC are powered by solar panels. We use green cleaners and non-toxic shampoo and conditioner. Our energy efficient heat pump has AC for those hot summer days.
