There is no dock access, but a small sandy beach appears during low and mid tides, and there is a public boat ramp just two miles away for your boating and fishing adventures. The cottage is very rural (10 minute drive to town), is surrounded by some wooded areas, and is located next to the owner's main home. The cottage is the perfect home-base for those who want to experience the best of the Eastern Shore or the perfect quiet retreat for those who want to unwind and rest.
