The Lincoln area has 13 lakes within its borders. with an abundance of rolling rivers, bubbling streams, deep, spring fed lakes and warm water ponds loaded with great bass, white perch and trout fishing.
'The Phoenix' located on a dead end road, right on the waters edge of one of Lincolns most beautiful lakes, features a master bedroom, a sleeping loft overlooking the kitchen and great room with sky lights and a beautiful brick fireplace. A sitting room with cathedral ceilings and skylights where you can just sit, relax and read a book or gather with family to play board games or do a puzzle. A large full bathroom with tub just in case you want to soak away all that stress! A large deck ( about fifteen feet from the waters edge) overlooking the lake where you can cook dinner on the grill and enjoy the scenery.
At night sit around the fire pit, look up at the stars and listen to the Loons talk to each other. It is an amazing place!!
