The main floor features a spacious kitchen area that is perfect for group gatherings, with two large dining areas, one large living area, a 3/4-bath, and 4-bedrooms...each with 1-queen sized bed. The top floor features 5-bedrooms...each with 1-queen sized bed, 1.5-baths, a laundry area with a full size washer/dryer, and a loft living area with a full size hide-a-bed. The bottom floor features an additional 3-bedrooms...two with 1-queen sized bed in each, and one with 1-king sized bed, a 3/4-bath, a laundry area with a full size washer/dryer, and a lounging area with a pool table. This pet-friendly (2-pet maximum…NO exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 26-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). The outdoor park-like setting is perfect for gatherings with two covered picnic tables and an outdoor gas grill.
