Lower level features a full bathroom, lounge area with TV, trundle bed, kitchenette, laundry, a second double door fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also high speed internet / strong WIFI throughout. It is a perfect getaway for a family of 8/9 and has ample dining and entertaining areas. Nestled on the gateway from Cold Spring Pond to the great Peconic Bay the property is a 5 minute walk to its beach.
