Part of the Kinney Shores community in Saco (2 miles south of Old Orchard Beach), this quiet area consists mostly of families on summer holiday. There are two oceanfront bedrooms, 1 ocean view bedroom and 2 bedrooms in the rear of the house. There is a newly renovated kitchen and an interior porch facing the ocean that is great for watching the sunrise.
