Enter and exit condo through the back door which is a private entrance by using fire escape staircase which has stairs down to the lawn.
Sit in the sun on the front balcony. Up to two dogs allowed if under 35lb each, no cats please. Internet TV and central air.
Main bedroom is 15 x 12 ft, and living/dining room 19 x 13 ft
Approx 1/4 acre of mowed lawn in back of house, 4 lawn chairs available from basement belonging to unit 5.
Back exit has a 3' x 5' deck area with artificial grass and plants that is very popular with pets for sunbathing.
Total sleeping area is as follows-
Main bedroom - one queen size bed , one pull-out twin size sofa bed .
Living room - one fold-away bed (twin size) , and sofa . The sofa can be converted to a queen size sofa bed but it is not recommended for use as such due to separating in the middle. However it is a big enough surface area as currently stands just as a sofa for a single person to use as a bed.
There are two bureaus in the bedroom available to unpack into.
Instant coffee and tea, decaf and regular is provided for free. At the outset of the stay two gallons of spring water will be in the fridge and a gallon of fresh milk.
There is a trash dumpster on site a short walk across the lawn for household trash and a large recycling bin that you can use for mixed use re-cycling, and you can leave the recycled trash in there upon leaving.
