With magnificent views of harbor and ocean, this is a wonderful place to bring your family! You'll park in the driveway and enter through a fabulous screened porch with seating and a swing. This home sleeps 6 comfortably in private bedrooms, but there are a lot of extra sleeping areas, including 2 pull out sofas, and a seasonal sleeping porch.
This home has the uniqueness of providing an outdoor lounge directly across the street from the physical home with plenty of seating that puts you right in front of Scituate Harbor. You'll also be able to light a fire in the propane firepit and enjoy the views and change of scenery from high to low tide.
Around the back of the home, there is a large grassy back yard, BBQ grill and fully enclosed outdoor shower. You'll also find the entrance to the seasonal sleeping porch with 4 twin beds and pull out twin trundles, enabling 4 more people to sleep in the home.
Inside the home, the main floor has a spacious living room with plenty of seating, an electric fireplace with flatscreen smart TV above it, atached laundry room, and dedicated workspace in the bunkbed room off the living room.
