We are offering our year-round home with a private beach on Lake Champlain in Shelburne, Vermont. The house is located on a quiet, private road winding between an orchard and the original enclave of the homes and cottages on the lakeshore. Located at the broadest part of the lake, the property provides panoramic westerly views across the water towards the Adirondack Mountains. Relax on the wide, private, flatstone swimming beach and enjoy sunsets, campfires and the stars at night. The house features a spacious living room, dining and kitchen and screened sun porch spaces with lake views that are perfect for family gatherings.
