The study is exceptionally soundproof, providing a retreat for reading, working, or resting.
On the main floor, the roomy living room features two cozy seating areas, shelves of books, musical instruments, and a TV with streaming. Just off the living room is a breezy sunporch overlooking a peach and apple orchard with another relaxing seating area and a dining area.
