Travel Purpose: business

Positive: This rental was perfect for my family of 3. The location was excellent. The house was SPOTLESS! The host provided K-cups, there was ice ready in the freezer. They really thought of everything to get you in there and get you comfortable. I would recommend taking extra paper products, they do provide a more than fair amount of those accommodations, but we definitely needed more. Just a short walk to the water. I would absolutely rent this property again! There are 2 porches. The back porch has a nice table and several chairs to hang out on. The host has even provided a grill for outdoor cooking. There is a small boardwalk on the ocean with several things for children to enjoy even on off-season. There is an ice cream shop that also sells delicious candies. There is a pizza place and a Mexican food restaurant. An indoor carousel, that was a lot of fun. Joe's Place is super fun for kids of all ages with a lot of arcade type games that spit out tickets for prizes at the end.

Negative: I don't necessarily think that the next few statements are bad or negative, but there are a couple of things that I do believe are worth mentioning. The bathroom is TINY, but even as small as it is there is a washer and dryer in there for laundry needs. The street that it is on is quite busy, so if you take little ones just be mindful of them not bolting out the door.

Summary: This place was AMAZING and we highly recommend.
