This fully renovated and impeccably decorated summer get-away featuring vaulted ceilings, sliding glass doors, and balconies situated on a half acre of land adjacent to a nature preserve. For the environmentally minded guests - our home’s electricity is supplemented by solar panels.
Our home is a 2900 sq foot, two level open concept design and impeccably appointed space with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths.
The spacious and elegant primary bedroom (on the first floor) features a queen size bed, sliding glass doors that open up to a balcony equipped with 4 Adirondack chairs perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The balcony overlooks the backyard and has easy access to a new 18’ x 40’ built in saltwater pool (not heated). It also has its own full bathroom. Bedroom number 2 (first floor) features a queen size bed and large closet. Bedroom number 3 (first floor) features 2 twin beds and spacious armoire and clothes rack. Bedroom number 4 is very spacious (lower level) and private room featuring 2 twin beds for those who like a bit more privacy. Just steps away is the lower level bluestone patio where you will find teak lounges, a brand new 7 person jacuzzi, dining table (6) and built in BBQ.
The first floor features an open, bright and spacious fully renovated kitchen, vaulted ceiling, dining area that seats 8 and living room. There is also a balcony off the kitchen that is perfect for dining and entertaining al fresco. This space features a distressed finished parsons table that seats 6.
On the expansive lower level there is a wet bar and large entertainment room, large bedroom and full bathroom. There is also direct access to a private and beautifully landscaped backyard where you will find a large patio for outdoor dining / lounging, built in barbecue, 7 person hot tub and an 18 x 40 built in saltwater swimming pool (not heated). The property borders the a Nature Preserve where you will find some of the Hamptons most beautiful hiking trails. Just minutes (1 mile) from the very popular village of Sag Harbor and its many restaurants, shops, art galleries, beaches and marinas. Quick walk to Havens Beach.
