SURROUNDING AREA Historic downtown Harrisonburg is minutes away where you can explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops. James Madison and Eastern Mennonite Universities are fifteen minutes away and Bridgewater College is also nearby. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including hiking, ski resorts, caverns, wineries and breweries. Massanutten Resort is less than 30 minutes away.
All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, toaster, blender, and regular drip and Keurig coffee makers. Simply bring your clothes, toiletries and food! Washer and dryer are available.

No smoking inside the house. Smoking in the house will incur a $750 fine. Smoking is allowed outside of the house but all butts are to be cleaned up and safely removed.
This home has a gas grill - Charcoal is not allowed. If you use charcoal in the gas grill you will be billed for damages (including but not limited to a new grill.)
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
Turn off all lights when leaving the property

Interior locked closets are off limits to guests.
Only registered guests are to be in the house.
Leave the doors and windows closed if the heat or AC is in use
Trash must be taken to the dumpster near the house at check out. A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed
