On the 1st level you will find a great room that consist of living area with 1 TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. This area has ocean views from all corners. Enjoy the rolling surf view and expansive ocean views while sitting on the deck chairs of the oceanfront deck. This nicely furnished and well equipped home will make your vacation a comfortable one. Also on this floor is Bedroom #1 which has 2 Single beds and Bedroom #2 which has a Queen bed with 1 TV. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the top level there is Bedroom #3 which has a King Bed and 1TV and Bedroom #4 which has 1 Single bed and 1 Queen bed w/1TV. These 2 bedrooms also share a full bath. The below amenities are provided as well as a Basketball backboard, Baby Equipment (pack-n-play & highchair). PETS (dogs only and 2 pet maximum) ARE PERMITTED in this home. Pet Fee is $250 per pet. The turnover day for this home is Saturday. Guest must bring their own bed linen, towels, paper and soap products. Beds all have mattress pads, pillows and bed covering. This home DOES NOT PERMIT SMOKING.
