The guesthouse at Fast Forward Farm provides a private and relaxing place to stay with beautiful views of the rolling hills and farmland. Remodeled in 2021 the house offers a new kitchen and updated bathrooms.
There’s also a deck for watching the sun set. There’s also plenty of open space for yard games etc.
Country serenity but convenient to shopping in Oneonta.
Checking in: Check-in is at 4pm or later. Your personal keypad code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. To unlock the door simply type in the code provided.

TVs: we do not have cable but all TVs are smart TVs. We have broadband internet so streaming should not be a problem.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with most anything you’ll need. There are garbage bags and cleaning supplies under the sink.
Plumbing: The farm uses a septic system. It is imperative that only toilet paper and human waste get flushed down the toilets!! No feminine products, condoms or wipes no matter what the packaging says!
Security cameras: We have multiple cameras that monitor our barns, horse pastures and the exterior of both houses. They are on 24/7. There is no audio.
The farm: We share our farm with five retired horses, some chickens and our kitties. We don’t offer horseback riding on our property. Our chickens and barn cats don’t always move very quickly so please drive carefully down the driveway.
Checking out: check out is at 10am. No late check due to enhanced cleaning protocols. Please do not make or strip beds. Place used towels in hampers and any dirty dishes in dishwasher. Close all exterior doors.
