Summary: We checked in on a Friday evening and stayed until the following Tuesday. The room was never cleaned once. They said it was because they don't have maid service on weekends. But we saw the maids working on Saturday. We specifically asked Monday morning for our linens to be changed and more Kleenex. When we got back that evening, someone had just dropped off new bed and bath linens plus a whole bunch of toilet paper, but they left us no more Kleenex and hadn't cleaned the room. It was gross. When we complained about that, they said that they cannot go into a guest's room when they weren't there. But they did that to drop off the linens and TP. When we checked out, they also tried to charge us about $40 more than the Hotels.com reservation. We brought that to their attention and they made up excuses that made no sense; we successfully disputed it with our credit card company. The room was meh. The breakfast was meh. The area had lots of businesses, which was good. But our stay was not the best.
