Walk to RR, closed to all Pelham Schools. 5 Bedrooms, 3 full baths. Entry level has Living Room, Kitchen, Office, Two bedrooms, new bath. Second floor has three bdrms, new bath. Lower level has several finished rooms incl 750 sf recreation room (in addition to 2,288 sf on 1st and 2nd floors) full bath and new laundry w front-loading washer and dryer. Improved with two new full baths, new den/office on first floor w door to porch, more. Kitchen has new stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher & granite counters. Manning Circle is a private street w very little traffic and is steps from downtown shopping, restaurants and the Metro North RR, with a half-hour commute to midtown Manhattan. Very spacious home plus large detached 2-Car garage and driveway.
This room is a large double room with a separate entrance and a private bathroom, and has a lot of natural sunlight.
