Experience the ultimate comfort in this 3 bed 2 bath house with a private pool. Located at the heart of the city, just blocks away from the airport, SOZO fields, and Nob Hill Plaza. The house features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms with a queen bed and twin beds, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room, as well as a gas fireplace. The fireplace is functional in the cooler months, typically October to April. The private pool is open from May to September. Don't miss out on this updated, centrally located gem!
Property is equipped with security cameras on the front of the house and noise aware monitors inside the house and by the pool. These devices monitor the house 24/7.

*Parking in the driveways only. Space for up to 4 vehicles. No on street parking allowed per our city permit.
*Quiet time is 10pm to 6am. The pool is not to be used from 10pm to 6am, per our permit with the city.

*No pets
All guests/visitors must be registered. No more than 8 guests/visitors are allowed on property.
The pool is open from May to September. The pool will not be fenced or secured during this time. If you wish to not have it open, please let us know prior to your stay, and we will keep the safety cover closed. There is no lifeguard on site.
There is a Natural gas pool heater that can be operated at an additional cost. If interested let the host know.
A starter pack of supplies is available of the following items: toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, laundry supplies
(soap, oxi-clean, dryer sheets), garbage bags, and dishwasher pods. Additional supplies will need to be purchased. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and dish soap are all provided. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, spray and basic spices are also provided.
No Checkout duties required. Just hang the keys up, and have a safe trip home!

We will take care of this - you may see us on the side gate grabbing the bins or bringing them back.
Pool Maintenance and Landscaping: Sunday 9AM (if you check out on Saturday or Sunday, we will do this between checkouts. If you are staying over the weekend, we will be there Sunday at 9AM)
ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES
All unauthorized visitors on property will be charged $50 per guest/per day.
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged a fee of $75 for every extra 30 minutes in the house.
Unauthorized pets on property will result in a fee of $300.
Additional vehicles at the property over the 4 will be charged at $50/vehicle
Pool heating:
$75/day for 1-6 nights
$40/day for 7+ nights
$30/day for 28+ nights
Excessive Pool Cleaning
$150 will be charged if we have to hire a professional to come out after your stay to clean the pool
All white linens and towels that are damaged as a result from improper laundering will be charged as a direct replacement to the guest.
