You’ll love this beautiful well stocked home located within 4 meadow and 6 wooded acres with 2 paths to the creek through the forest - with lovely space outdoors incl BBQ, pool, waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, seating/dining for 16. This “Readaway, Farm Charm” property is an official 2025 Certified Wildlife Habitat® site with the National Wildlife Federation and Texas Conservation Alliance. There is so much space to enjoy, so we offer up to eight guests included in the room rate, with additional day visitors or overnight guests at $35 per person per night if your friends want to drop by for a BBQ, campfire, or dip in the pool. Enjoy 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, dining area, and family room with extensive outdoor space to enjoy. There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 5 twin beds, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. A crib, pack n play and toddler bed are available, as well as air mattresses, upon request.
