Summary: We rented this property to have a large space that could accommodate our entire family, was close to the beach, and had a pool. This is a three story home with all bedrooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. In terms of equipment and fixtures, this was obviously an older home but it has been maintained pretty well. The pool was awesome and made for very convenient entertainment for our kids. There were ample spots to eat and lounge for our group of 16. The nearby beach was great and had lifeguards (not the case where I come from). We prepared most of our meals in the home and the kitchen worked well for that. The host was a great communicator and everything is very well documented in the lease agreement. We would definitely consider returning to this property in the future.
