Nestled among the windswept pines the last house on a private dead end street, you'll find beach access just 11 houses down the street. There is also a secret path for older children and agile adults that will get you to the miles of sandy beach to walk on. This is a perfect house for two couples.
This darling 1965 beach home found new owners this year and they've gone in and done some strategic wrinkle removing, giving this home a fantastic facelift. The house has received new paint, a renovated master bath, and some wonderful updated decor while keeping all it's charm and character.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are one large room with sweeping ocean views decorated with calming beachy colors, mixed with natural wood. The owners of this gem have done a marvelous job of updating, including an eclectic mix of comfortable overstuffed furniture mixed with vintage treasures. It has laminate wood floors throughout, so is perfect for kids and pets. The fully outfitted galley kitchen separates the dining and living room from the family room. Off of the living room, is the second King room. It has a solid wood accordion door to close it off from the living room. You'll also find an electric fireplace with adds to the night time ambiance.
The primary bedroom with a king bed is located off of the family room, and has an attached half bath. It has several large windows looking out on a forested view.
You'll find a laundry nook off of the main bathroom, which has a full size laundry center
The front deck beckons you to sit & relax with a glass of wine to wind down your day & there is also a back deck for your sunning & barbecuing pleasure that looks out on the forested view.. Enjoy a book in front of electric fireplace, spend time with your children in the yard or on the beach.
