The Sequoia House is a spacious home located on the first floor of a two-story duplex. It features modern furnishings, two cozy bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, making it an ideal space for comfortable living. The updated kitchen seamlessly integrates with the open floor plan, which combines the living and dining areas to create a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The separate washroom comes with a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. This unit features its own entrance and a private, fully fenced backyard and is entirely separate from the upstairs one-bedroom unit. The only thing that is shared is the parking pad in front of the home. There is one (1) dedicated parking space for each side of the duplex.

Within walking distance of The Sequoia House, there are several restaurants, Creswell Bakery, which offers amazingly delicious bread and treats, a small grocery store, a public library, and seasonal farmers' markets. It's a short drive to the Creswell Bi-Mart and the charming Blue Valley Bistro coffee shop. There's also a golf course, Emerald Valley Country Club, and a small hobby airport. During the summer, there's a weekly farmers market in town and free movies in the park. Award-winning wineries of the Southern Willamette Valley region are within a 30-minute drive through rolling green hills and gorgeous countryside.
