Thoughtfully designed, Serendipity features a therapeutic two-person jacuzzi, a hammock, and custom designer furnishings. Enjoy a Sonos sound system, elegant lighting, and a manicured yard perfect for dining, relaxation, and BBQs.
Guests have access to the third-floor penthouse and second-floor apartment with 2 additional bedrooms and 1 bath. The home is equipped with Schlage key code locks for convenience, and we’re always available via phone if needed.
Just minutes from Hampton and Salisbury beaches, Newburyport, Portsmouth, and Plum Island Nature Reserve, Serendipity offers easy private beach access and is close to top seafood spots.

You’ll also have access to 2 off-street, private parking spaces clearly marked for your unit. Please park only in your designated spots to ensure ease and comfort for all guests and neighbors.

A municipal lot is located nearby at the corner of Route 286 and 1A ($5/day)
🚫 Winter Parking Ban (December 1 – April 1):
No on-street parking from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM
No on-street parking at any time during snowstorms or snow removal operations
Please be respectful of neighboring properties and never park in spots not assigned to Serendipity Beach Retreat. Improper parking may result in towing at the guest’s expense.
