House has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 1 with twin. One bathroom with tub/shower. Bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Kitchen has stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Living room, game room, dining room and screened in porch that looks out at the pond with gazebo. Linens, towels, pots and pans, utensils supplied. Hot/cold water. Internet and cell phone service. TV, DVD player and VHS player with classic movies, Fire stick, USB cable. Fire pit with split log benches.
Historic downtown Brookville has antiques stores, restaurants and fast food. Close to Cook Forest , Clear Creek, Hazen Flea Market (the first weekend of the month May-October), Clarion Autumn Leaf Festival and Punxsutawny with the famous weather predicting ground hog "Phil". There are lots of nearby woods to hike, and hunt. Hunters are welcome.
