Positive: Our stay at Peaceful Mountain Family Retreat was perfect. The home was beautiful, clean, well equipped, and inviting. The host was very responsive. We had an issue with a Roku device in the master bedroom and it was taken care of right away. We've stay in a lot of vacation rentals over the years, but I don't think we've ever stayed in one that is as well equipped with little essentials. We were there for three nights and had plenty toiletries and supplies to last the entire trip. The home is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The game closest was filled with games and activities. I personally don't think that pictures show just how beautiful and spacious this home is. Big Canoe is such a beautiful place and we loved our views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and decks. I would definitely recommend this home and we definitely plan to stay again.

Negative: Everything was perfect. We had a bit of trouble finding the home when we arrived at night because the house numbers in that portion of the community are out of order.
