This home features a beautiful great room overlooking the creek, a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with all the upgrades including a beverage cooler. On the main level you will find three bedrooms (K,Q,Q)
and two beautiful baths, one with a gorgeous walk in shower. Upstairs you can relax in the game room and there is a 4th bedroom/loft with six twins and a 3rd full bathroom.
Bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks, or paddle boards or rent one (Blackwater Adventures) and tie up at the new 110 foot pier. There is a new boat ramp on property to launch your kayaks, canoes or jet skis. The boat ramp to launch your boat is 4 miles away. The creek is power boat depth ( owner operates 27ft twin engine outboard in creek). The dock has electric and water supplies.
Visit the quaint downtown where you can shop and dine. Other attractions are golfing at the Hyatt, museums, RAR Brewing, Layton's Chance Winery and Emily's Produce which is awesome for both kids and adults! (Pictures included in our gallery).
