High ceilings and granite counters throughout the home -- and views of the lake from the main floor, 2 Masters and lower level bedrooms. Also includes custom Swan Paddle Boat (with signed waiver from guests) for your enjoyment during your stay. Gorgeous new floors -- no carpet -- with a great floor plan. Excellent closet space, laundry area, flat screen tv's in living room, media room and two of the five bedrooms. Enjoy the huge outside deck, BBQ and long piers to accommodate several boats. This location is truly special: private yards, panoramic views of iconic Lake Webster and the historic Dixie Sternwheeler. Yet this home is very close to shopping, antiquing, Highway 13 and in walking distance to the town's very active library and community center. 121 N.
