The larger room has a wonderful custom iron bed with comfortable linens and great bedroom set with ample drawers and a small closet to store all your personal belongings. The lovely second bedroom with vaulted ceiling offers a queen size bed, with comfortable linens and a closet to store your personal belongs. The full size bathroom features a bath/shower combination, amazing water heater, towels, hand towels and a variety of wash clothes for you and your guests. Also included is a full size front loading washer and dryer, why go home with dirty clothes? The spacious yard is fully fenced, front and back, with small porch area with a patio set that has seats for 4. A darling fire-pit area with Adirondack Chairs for gatherings - for those wanting to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The house is steps away from Webster park, and just a few blocks away from Swains (which has everything), downtown Port Angeles, shops, grocery stores, and some restaurants. A short drive to numerous hiking/biking trails/Olympic Discovery Trail and Hurricane Ridge, just to name a few. Only a couple of blocks from the Black Ball Ferry, that takes you to the "Gateway to Canada" - Victoria, B.C.
