With two living areas and and a dining table that seats 8, the house is perfect for a family. All living spaces and bedrooms have been completely renovated with new furnishings, bedding, and decor. Enjoy new mattresses and premium sheets, along with blanket/quilt for summer and down comforters for winter. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make family dinners. Three bedrooms have sweeping views of the lake, while the fourth has a partial lake view. One and a half newly remodeled bathrooms. The new full bathroom features a tub shower, pebble floors and a large vanity. A gas fireplace was recently installed in the vintage stone surround and makes it perfect for a winter escape.
There are two large decks for lounging and a new swim platform and dock to launch a canoe or kayak. 2 canoes, 2 kayaks, 8 life jackets, and beach towels are available for your use. It's the perfect location for a swim or to cast a line. Additional boating options (Pontoon boat and stand up paddle boards) are available to rent with delivery directly to the house! Access to a local Master Maine fishing guide that will pick you up at the house dock and take you fishing!
