Ski the nearby Loon and Cannon mountains! Ski, snowmobile, or ATV the trails running from our street! Walk to the Moosilauke Ravine Lodge on Hurricane Trail from Breezy Point Meadow at the north end of our street! Stargaze from our porch, yard, or Breezy Point Meadow with 360 degree views! The chalet is located inside the White Mountains National Forest.
3 bdrs 2.5 bths, sleeps 8, cathedral ceilings, skylights, bright, spaceous, yet cozy home, full kitchen, large diningroom table and kitchen island, wrap-around deck, lovely yard with lawn surrounded by woods, fire pit and gas grill to enjoy. Air Conditioning covers the upper two levels, the walkout basement naturally stays cool in the summer. Seasonal mountain views. We are two houses away from a wonderful swimming hole. Swimming, hiking/biking trails, snowmobiling, kayaking, fishing near the house. Wonderful lakes are close by!

Summary: The Moose Chalet was in a perfect location for swimming, hiking and New Hampshire White Mountains attractions. The house needs some TLC but the owner was very responsive to our concerns and immediately remedied issues. Note that two of the bedrooms are on the lower level which is very musty/damp. The dehumidifier helps but needs to be emptied daily.
