Absolutely no noise is allowed outside after 9:00 p.m. This is a family oriented neighborhood. We do not allow any disruption of our neighbors peace and quiet. We want to make sure you know that we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, disturbing the neighbors, or exceeding the maximum number of guests. Rental agreements will immediately be terminated and guests will be made to leave if there are any violations of these terms.
- Must be 25 years old to book. If this is a problem message the host.
- No parties of any kind.
- Do not use the fireplace.
- No smoking anywhere on the property. If you smoke on the property, you will be charged a $2,500 fee. This includes vaping.
- Do not use towels as makeup wipes. If they stain you will be charged to replace them.
- Guests are not allowed to invite other people to the property unless approved by the host. At no point should there be over 15 people at the property.
- Keep noise levels at a minimum after 9 PM.
- Do not take any cleaning products/toiletries/supplies/etc home with you. They are yours to use as needed *during* your stay.
- Do not leave the umbrellas on the outdoor deck open. They should remain closed when not in use.
- Only use the window A/C if the central A/C is not cooling the house enough.
- There is only enough space for 4 cars. You are not allowed to park on the street. If this is a problem speak to the host or find public parking nearby.
