The second floor’s open living concept connects the living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor deck spaces. Take particular note of the dining room table next to large all-glass bi-fold door accessing the upper level deck for spectacular views and exceptional indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances (Wolf, Sub-Zero, etc.), marble kitchen island seating, and more. The living room boasts large flat screen TV, surround sound entertainment system, and wet bar.
3 bedrooms on the first floor: Large Master Suite with a king bed and private bath (soaking tub and shower) and French door access to outdoor shower. First guest room has a queen bed (ocean views!), private bath, and access to wrap around deck. The third bedroom has 3 twin beds. Spillover space in basement sleeper sofa.
First floor porch has a wraparound deck that offers a hub for activity. Outdoor furniture, porch swing, and access to lawn and ocean views make this perfect for memories with family and friends.
Madaket Beach is about a hundred yards and accessed via a private pathway in the back of the home. Enjoy magnificent days at the beach with zero fuss. Come back to the house for a pit stop, lunch break, etc. Forgot something? No worries, it's a 3 minute round trip and you're back basking in ocean splendor. If you're adventurous, bring a 4x4 and purchase a beach pass so you can do off-roading , fishing, and sightseeing via Smith Point. The outdoor half bath is cute, while rinsing in the bespoke outdoor shower under the stars or after a beach day is divine.
