To the right, the inviting dining area with an extra-long table flows into a cozy living space with a fireplace, seating, and a large smart TV. This level also includes a private queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom and an additional full bath. Floor-to-ceiling thermally-broken sliding glass doors reveal a spacious stone patio overlooking the woods and a creek, ideal for outdoor dining with a charcoal grill, a long table, and a large fire pit for evening gatherings. The view spans a secluded forest and scenic mountain backdrop, providing a truly private retreat.
Upstairs: Discover an expansive 1,000 sq ft open living space featuring a luxurious ABC Home sectional surrounding a second fireplace, massive ABC chandelier, and a third full bathroom. The original posts and beams of this 150+ year-old barn have been meticulously restored, with the richly preserved ceiling and beautiful historic details intact. Weathered barn siding, aged over a century, has been thoughtfully repurposed to accent interior walls, adding to the space's character.
This floor offers two twin beds in a cosy corner nook, screened off for privacy with curtains.
