It is located in the heart of the finger lakes; 5 miles from Skaneateles, 25 miles from Syracuse, and 45 miles from Rochester.
This spacious home is great for weekend retreats, small weddings, bridal parties, family reunions, hunting and fishing outings, winery weekends, corporate getaways, and bike tours.
The home includes a newly renovated gourmet kitchen and dining room with beautiful views of the lake. There is a large great room that separates each wing of the house and holds an antique billiards table great for entertainment. Two of the bedrooms are on the West side of the house with a king size bed and each offer a large, full bathroom off each room. The other 2 bedrooms are located in the East wing of the house and share an additional 3rd large bathroom.
