Welcome to Cleo's Little Village of tiny homes, I have three well placed tiny homes here in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Three tiny homes are approximately 160 ft². The g tiny home has a full bath walk-in shower. Each tiny home has a full deck and access to a barbecue grill. The tiny homes come with heat and air, ceiling fan with lights and three tiny homes are efficiencies meaning they have small refrigerator and microwave. One tiny home, I will call it the green tiny home because that's the color on the outside has a full kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, a cooking stove and a computer desk dining table combination. There is also Wi-Fi on the property. This is a quiet mountain community with numerous wineries within 10 minutes of the property. Great country restaurants with a variety of selections from Southern cooking to Italian. It's also a nice area to walk up and down the hill for a fitness or for just free walking. I have on the property a camper which will hold 5 to 6 people if extra space is needed and I also have an RB motorhome which can accommodate two to four people if extra space is needed. Because this area has an abundance of festivals, NASCAR races, the , pumpkin and apple festivals, wine festivals and numerous other outdoor events the pricing will change for special events. So if booking during a period where you know there is a special event going on please inquire about the pricing prior to booking. Thank you for your consideration.
