Beautiful colonial water front house. Very peaceful and perfect for a family vacation. Sandy beach with row boat and paddle boat with lots of lawn to relax and play. There is a horseshoe pit to play horseshoes. It is enjoyable to watch the sail boats go by! Swimming, sailing, fishing! There is a apple and pear tree. Area for camp fire or barbaque. Great area for Biking,Hiking,Swimming,Sailing,Fishing(trout and bass)as well as sight seeing! Spring is awesome with Tulips, apple blossoms, pear blossoms, jasmine and lilacs. All in bloom! Foliage on the lake is so beautiful with bright colors all over the lake! Winter is just as much fun! Ice Skating,Cross Country Skiing,snow mobiling, and sleding. 40 min to ski slopes.
There are 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets 1-bathtub/shower. 2-king beds -Living room, dining room, large Sun room over looking lake, and full kitchen. We have all luxurious linens on beds. Hard wood floors. We are located on a paved main road that is easy to get to and plowed in winter
We have wonderful caretakers that live on the property. They maintain check in all guests, review safety items, and maintain the beautiful lawn and gardens.
