With 85' of lake frontage on Alburgh's east shore and a state boat launch a mile away, enjoy swimming, boating or fishing on the water. Take to the land and try out some biking, hiking, golf or other endless outings either locally or on a day trip to Burlington, St. Albans or Montreal (all about an hour or less away).

Single level ranch style home with an open floor plan allowing for a feeling of togetherness with family and friends. All rooms are equipped with heat and air conditioning. Bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
We are all about the #LAKELIFE lifestyle and want to make your vacation a breeze. We provide linens, bath and beach towels, washer, dryer and general toiletries for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials: utensils, cookware, dinnerware, etc. A grill will be located outside for use as well.

The cottage is smoke free. Off street parking has room for 4 vehicles in the driveway with extra room across the road for any additional vehicles or boat trailers.
