This vintage summer cottage is located on the eastern side of Schroon Lake. This rustic home hearkens back to the good old days when life was simple and families spent time together playing volleyball, throwing Frisbees, or sharing stories on the porch. Stay here and make pleasant memories instead of chasing the fast-paced worries of normal life that keep us apart from one another. You can also play board games or work on puzzles by the warmth of the wood fireplace, or swing outside on the screened porch and spend your nights watching spectacular sunsets. Remember When? also boasts four ceiling fans throughout the house for everyone's comfort and even an electric baseboard heating.

Dock details: This home's beach is private. The two properties each have their own beach. No other homes can use the beach. The dock which is about 40 or 50 feet long is shared only with the neighboring home. No one else has use of it.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
