Bring your boat, kayaks or canoe and fall in love with the sights and sounds of the harbor seals and the serenity of this coastal setting. Walk out onto the large wrap-around deck and gaze upon southwesterly views towards Bailey Island.
Inside the main level of this home is a well-equipped kitchen, open dining room/living/sitting area, a full bathroom with stand up shower, and the primary bedroom with a queen size bed. The primary bedroom has a sliding glass door that connects you directly to the path that leads to the water. Upstairs on the second level are two bedrooms, a full bathroom with stand up shower and another living area with a TV. Both of the bedrooms on the second level have sliding glass doors that lead out to a small balcony for views of Gunpoint Cove. The third level is the loft with two twin beds perfect for the kiddos. There is also an open den that has a futon if extra sleeping arrangements are needed.
