Nestled on a private wooded lot that is a short walk (3/10 mile) to York Harbor Beach and all that York Maine has to offer. 8 Bedrooms and 8.5 Bathrooms that sleeps 27 People comfortably includes 2 full kitchens, 2 family rooms and a Livingroom allowing the entire group to have plenty of space to spread out. 4 King beds, 2 queen beds, 15 twin beds make it wonderful for a family retreat. Bed Linens and bath and Beach towels available along with newly appointed furniture throughout. The outdoor space includes a use of a gas grill, fire pit with chairs and bocce court along with plenty of green space to enjoy the outdoors. We provide Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas to ease the use of the beach as well. Come experience Maine at its best. 7 Day minimum rental required. Saturday to Saturday stay highly preferred. ***Ask us about an additional Bedroom on the Main Level with walk in shower steps from the Kitchen (for an additional fee)!
