Hodge Podge Lodge features 8 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, Living Room, Dining Room, Media Room, Family Room, Spacious Kitchen with 6 Burner Commercial Stainless Steel Stove, 2 Large Stainless Steel refrigerators, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Fully Equipped Kitchen! We supply bedding (sheets, blankets, and pillows). We DO NOT supply any towels for the kitchen, bathing or for swimming.

The Dining Room/Bar will seat 24 guests comfortably! 2 HUGE Fireplaces for those relaxing Fall and Winter Months, and a 6 person HOT TUB for those balmy Summer Nights in Tennessee! We love animals too, and of course your pet is welcome, but only in SELECT cabins. Hodge Podge Lodge IS pet friendly. We do require a one time pet fee of $75.00 + tax which is nonrefundable and it will be collected through Airbnb. Limit of (1) dog under 65# or (2) dogs under 25# per cabin. The pet fee will not be applied to any damages incurred by your pet.

Summary: 20 of us from two states stayed here for 3 nights. It was our first family vacation and this was the perfect cabin for it. It is laid out exceptionally well with 2-3 bedrooms on each of the 3 floors. The 8 bunk beds are cute with lights! It was very clean and had everything we needed. It has a regular coffee maker and a keurig, and two refrigerators. The trees and fire pit and the wraparound porch are all wonderful places to catch up with one another in the mornings and evenings. The hot tub is well maintained. The basement is quite cool (temperature) and perfect for movies and games. There is a gas grill with propane. The beds on the ground floor are the most comfortable ones. The one full bed in the basement could use a refresh, and the beds on the top floor are basic and functional beds- it does the job but if you have back issues you may need to bring whatever you need. The decor is well-chosen and just right. Again, everything was very clean and everything worked. It is less than 5 minutes to the Marina and includes getting in and out of the car. The team there is also so friendly and great. The host responds promptly to anything should you have a question. Overall the place is just dreamy and we’d go back in heartbeat.
