Summary: The first room the microwave did not work and neither did the phone. The room also had an awful smell. We called the front desk and I could hear the person but the person could not hear me. I went downstairs to inform them of the issues. Thankfully the front desk gave us another room. However, it had a dead (what looked like a roach). The staff was very friendly. However the breakfast food was not as great as last year (the main reason we chose this location). Overall, we were disappointed.
