The new well-equipped kitchen provides equipment and new appliances for every cooking need. The kitchen opens onto the spacious dining porch with screened windows on three sides updated in 2024 with new ceiling, floor and patio door. The newly-renovated light and airy master bedroom has a queen bed, ocean view, new closet and ceiling fan. The other two bedrooms feature two twin beds in each and new windows added in 2020/2021.
