Newly furnished December, 2025 and ready for your enjoyment. This 4 bedroom / 2 bath home has everything you'll need to enjoy your time here. The location is unbeatable, just 1.5 miles to CSU and Old Town Fort Collins yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood.
Exterior Layout:
Parking: There are two designated parking spots behind the home and plenty of street parking out front.
This townhome is connected to another unit on one side of the home but has it's own private fully fenced yard. There is also an extra storage space that can be accessed in the backyard if you're in between places.
Interior Layout:
Entrance: Front door with smart lock. Your code will be sent 3 hours before check in.
Main Level: Front door opens to stairs on the left that lead to the upper level. On the right you'll find the fully stocked kitchen and just ahead you'll find the living room and dining room. Continue straight to the back door that leads to the fenced back yard and storage space on the right hand side.
Downstairs:
The lower level offers a private full bathroom with a tub and shower. There is also a large primary bedroom with a new, lush king bed
