The first floor also includes laundry room with guest bath, beautiful hickory floors in the open living room and den/office, 17' x 10' screened porch off the kitchen/dining area. Three bedrooms on the second floor. The second master bedroom suite has a tiled bath with heated soaking/jetted tub as well as a separate walk in shower and double sink vanity. The two other bedrooms are great sizes with a shared full bath. The lower level is set up as a family entertainment room with a kitchenette area, half bath, exercise room and sleeping area. All bedrooms and living areas have flat screen TVs with Roku access to most entertainment apps.
Outside enjoy a brand new 2022 6 person hot tub! Also enjoy a gas fire pit for nights by the fire.
