Summary: Lovely cottage and guest cottage in the best spot in mid-coast Maine! We enjoyed our stay, and appreciate all the nice touches (along with the spare nautical decor that usually is part of similar properties). This is a well-stocked place, with everything you need to entertain yourselves and other guests. Communication with Nick was excellent, and the whole check-in and check-out processes were easy and reasonable. Most of all, this location is superb and if you love the rivers of mid-coast Maine, it doesn't get any better than this. The location is very private, while also being close to our favorite haunts in Wiscasset and Damariscotta, and there is a short walk to the beautiful open space at Fort Edgecomb on the island. Our family enjoyed relaxing and exploring the island, and I was able to get some painting done of the gorgeous pylons that change with the tide and light throughout the day. Thank you, Nick and Jen!
