Summary: Had to report a broken bed frame to the front desk. The retaining clip on one side was missing. Bed slid sideways exposing the other end of the frame. My 91 year old dad caught the end of the bed frame with his ankle and fell thankfully he landed on the bed but he suffered a large bruise and a small cut on the ankle. We reported it. They apologized and said they will fix it before putting anyone else in that room. They also refunded the cost of one night of our two night stay.
